  • Development requirements.
  • Project management: Ensuring the agreed project objectives, in particular deadline, cost and maturity targets. Promoting constructive cooperation within your own project organization and with related departments. Planning and driving the increase of the product maturity level. Ensuring a correct product and process handover from development to production on the basis of product and process releases (PPAP) in compliance with the SEP.
  • Change management: Ensuring the feasibility of the customer's change requests in cooperation with the customer's development engineers and the project organization.
  • Customer Care: Conduct regular coordination meetings with the customer as the primary contact for development issues in coordination with the HPL. Coordinating the handling of jointly derived measures.
  • Suppliers: Participation in the definition of requirements for suppliers and supplier decisions.
  • Reporting: Preparation of monthly project reports and input into the project cockpit.
  • Leadership: Leading and motivating the technical subordinates in the project organization.
  • FMEA: Ensuring the use of the FMEA methodology to identify and avoid technical risks in the product area and process and use the findings from previous projects.
  • Lessons learned: Preparation of the lessons learned report for the technical project E.
  • Prototype management: Management of the prototypes to be created through production orders.

  • University University of applied sciences/ university studies
  • or comparable education
  • 5 to 7 years professional experience
  • Conception / design of solutions for different problems including a detailed analysis of the situation / causes of the problem
  • General performance review (within the framework of short-term goals)
