Resource Planner for the industrialization of a highly automated production line for battery module assembly (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
Design and implementation of production resources and/or processes as well as their integration into site operations processes
Responsible for the development and interlinking of several resources with several processes (in development) OR Responsible for the planning, procurement and development of resources for almost all technology groups (in production)
Acting as an internal and external contact person within your own specialist area; participating in internal working groups
Recognising general training needs within the company's own specialist area; planning and conducting internal and external training on complex topics at home and abroad (e.g. schools of operating materials standards in the external plants, etc.)
Observation/identification of trends in the specialist field for the development of concepts; proposal of recommendations for action (e.g. carrying out market, supplier and location analyses on the state of the art of machine and process technology in general and in particular on automation technologies and process monitoring systems, etc.)
Development of new/further development of existing plant technologies, taking occupational safety into account
Participation in the development of equipment specifications, test plans, catalogues of measures and associated release documentation
Execution of machine acceptance tests, determination of machine capabilities (MFU) and degree of fulfillment of requirements specification
Technical release of operating resources for the products
Carrying out preliminary cost estimates for the valuation of concepts
Further tasks and activities on request
University of Applied Sciences and 3 to 5 years of professional experience OR comparable training
Experience in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and production planning for interiors
Basic business knowledge
Foreign language skills (spoken and written German and English)
Willingness to travel on business 20 - 30 % (Germany)
