• Gather and analyze electronic data interchange (EDI) and customer orders to convert into master schedule based on cycle times, efficiency, pieces, direct labor, and finished goods inventory levels.
• Communicate with production, quality, and supply chain management teams to provide necessary scheduling or schedule change information.
• Analyze inventory inaccuracies and identify root causes for discrepancies.
• Maintain minimal levels of WIP / FG inventory with goals of increasing inventory turnover.
• Work associated with obtaining goods and services for all types of business processes.
• Finished goods demand inventory planning, production planning and controlling to achieve targeted quality, wastage and inventory levels.
• Moving, storage and inventory controlling of semi-finished materials and finished good.
• Providing analysis and documentation of business needs.
• Designing, operational controlling and optimization of processes within the supply chain.
• Supporting negotiation with customers and third parties.
